Shipping Policy

At Arabian Fragrance, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. As purveyors of fine perfumery, we take extra care in packaging your items to preserve their quality and aesthetics during transit.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, as indicated on our website.

Domestic Shipping (Finland)

We ship via Posti and Matkahuolto. Typical delivery times within Finland are 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping (European Union)

We currently ship to select countries within the European Union. International shipments are handled via DHL Express or Standard European Post.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Please note: Perfumes are classified as "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable Liquids) for air transport regulations. This may restrict shipping methods to certain destinations or require ground transport, which can affect delivery times.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages and Issues

Arabian Fragrance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at juanes.pelaez18@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the price. For destinations outside the EU (if applicable), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Arabian Fragrance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
